WTN Bile-friendly – Dried ox bile in a gastric acid-resistant capsule

WTN Bile-friendly is a special dietary supplement containing dried ox bile in a gastric acid-resistant plant capsule.

About the physiological role of bile

In the human body, the liver produces approximately 1 liter of dilute bile a day, which is concentrated and stored in the gallbladder; in response to a meal (primarily fatty foods), the gallbladder contracts and bile enters the small intestine (duodenum), where it breaks fat into tiny droplets so that the fat-digesting enzyme produced by the pancreas (lipase) can break them down.

Adequate bile acid supply plays an important role in the activity of digestive enzymes and in the processes required for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D, E, K).

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 1 capsule a day, taken at noon immediately before the main meal or with the first bite of food.
• The daily amount may be up to 3 capsules. If you take more capsules a day, it is recommended to spread them throughout the day in line with main meals.

For example:
2 capsules a day: 1 capsule at breakfast, 1 capsule at lunch.
3 capsules a day: 1 capsule each at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We recommend timing the last capsule with a meal before 6:00 p.m. if possible.

Warning:

• Do not use in case of acute gallbladder attacks or jaundice caused by bile duct obstruction, or during pregnancy!
• Not recommended together with other products affecting bile.
• Consuming dietary supplements is not a substitute for a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place.
• If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients, do not use the product!
• It is strongly recommended to take dietary supplements separately from coffee! It is best to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee, or at least 2 hours after.
• Taking dietary supplements with milk-based products is not recommended.
• If you take several dietary supplements, consult a professional about the order in which to take them so that the active ingredients don't cancel each other out.
• Use as a course is recommended, unless your doctor or naturopath has advised otherwise.
